We are currently looking for a B-foreman to get involved with a few project completions and some new projects.
The basic qualifications we are looking for are outlined below:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a journeyman electrician in the construction field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with low-voltage control wiring.
- Experience reviewing work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to determine material requirements and installation procedures.
- Experience reading and interpreting contract drawings, including mechanical drawings, mechanical specifications, control drawings, and scope of work (proposal).
- Experience managing between 2 to 4 electrical resources (JM and Apprentices) and ensuring that work activity/tasks assigned to them. (Resource planning).
- Coordinating all electrical work on site with other contractors.
